How long should I use Klia Pro for each session?
Use the cleansing programme for no more than 3 minutes per session. If you’re cleansing around delicate areas (such as under the eyes), reduce the intensity.
Is Klia Pro waterproof, can I use it in the shower?
Yes. Klia Pro is rated IPX7 waterproof. Do not charge it while it’s submerged, and always make sure the charging port is dry before charging.
How do I activate EMS microcurrent mode?
With the device switched on, double-click the power button to activate the EMS tightening function, then glide the metal head along the facial contour (e.g., from chin towards the ear) using gentle upward movements.
How do I charge it, and how long does charging take?
Before charging, ensure there are no water marks or cleanser residue on the charging port. The red light near the port will flash during charging, and a full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
How do I clean Klia Pro properly?
After each use, wash the surface with water and soap, then rinse with warm water and pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid adhesive-based, silicone-based or granular cleaners, and do not use products containing alcohol, petrol/gasoline or acetone.
Can I try this device and return it?
Due to product type and hygiene considerations, KliaPro is not included in our opened or lightly tested device return option.
For orders placed on or after 14 May 2026, KliaPro can be returned as a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery only if it is unopened, unused, complete, in its original packaging, and the hygiene or manufacturing seal is intact.
Opened, unsealed or used KliaPro devices cannot be returned unless faulty.
If you believe your KliaPro is faulty, please contact our support team before returning it so we can assess the issue and provide the correct return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty devices are handled separately through our warranty and statutory-rights process.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Device is good it does what it suppose to, BUT, for the price you are selling it for, there's one thing you could add, and it won't cost alot to produce, and shouldn't make much difference to price, a suggestion. There's no bag to keep the device safe, other than to leave it on the shelf, in a plastic tray in the box or any kind of stand that device can sit on before and after use. If you can add a stand where device can sit or a bag to keep it safe will be helpful.
